A curious case of window falling disease (WFD), an outbreak of this virus has been going on among the Russian elite lately.

Is there some reason Russia seems super keen on defenestration? Like, “God didn’t see me do it, so it’s fine” or something “Gravity did it, not me”.

This is what happens when free speech is allowed to die

    7. You could kinda think “hey maybe this guys won’t use exactly same methods of assassination to avoid suspicion”. But no.

Is there like a special one of these windows with a diving board that extends out? Or do they just bust in and set up a plank between the kitchen table and the open window sill?

    15. I’ve been saying they really should do something about those windows!

Not many details in the article. This guy was 87, why would Putin expedite his demise now?

      >“He also knew a lot about the ‘Party’s money’ — the Pravda publishing house was the most profitable
enterprise in the business empire of the CPSU [Communist Party of the Soviet Union] Central Committee.”

That was a long time ago. Has to be more to it.
