      I have many issues with the NMBS but the worst part is the archaic and difficult to reach customer service

      The delay you’re seeing is never the real delay, it’s a predicted delay at that specific station.

      The prediction is made by an Infrabel software application called TMS (Traffic Management System) that feeds the NMBS info screens.

      TMS can be a bit too optimistic though.
