Bring one up to the counter. When it tags as 2.50 ask them about it. Then refuse it.

It’s a convenience. The clue is in the name. They’re selling convenience to people who’d rather pay more than travel further or wait longer.
The last time I was in centra they had their *own brand* orange drink was labelled on the bottle as a euro, but under had a price tag of €1.75
