Questo potrebbe lasciare la deriva di Malta PN alla deriva ancora una volta, e dopo l’ennesima sconfitta per il lavoro nelle prossime elezioni, i suoi sostenitori potrebbero ancora aggrapparsi alla speranza che un giorno Metsola tornerà per salvare il partito.
Se avessi votato per lei, mi sentirei profondamente deluso. Sembra dare la priorità a Bruxelles sugli interessi di Malta, dimenticando le persone che la mettono lì in primo luogo.

So people who voted for her to be in the European Parliament, should feel disappointed that she’s seeking to stay in the European Parliament? Why? What right do they have to dictate what she should and shouldn’t do?
Can’t blame her from trying to milk Brussels for a bit more. That said, she shouldn’t be given another term … no one should. If the current affairs tell us anything, it’s that it’s not good for people in top positions to stay clinging to their seats for too long. She’s done her job, she did well (for most part) but when the current term ends, it’s time for her to fuck off – just like the others did before her.
