      I have no idea whether that is a thing in Germany, but you aren’t allowed to be self-employed as a non-EU student. They would need to hire you as a proper employee.

      I don’t think bridge players earn anything in Germany. More of a hobby ..

      I dont know why but i have this connotation in my head that old people (grandmas) like to play bridge. That being said i also don’t know if it is a thing, it certainly is not very big or famous.
      Where i am from other card games are more popular but nothing is on a professional ,i make a living wage‘ level. (Watten, Schafkopf would be more popular, even poker is more popular)
