I’d rather my prick of a manager as president than Bertie

There’s not many things I’d riot for, but Bertie being in the ballot is one of them. My generation is suffering directly due to his and his parties policies, and his subsequent parties policies. He should be in jail, not be teased as a presidential candidates. Fuck Bertie Ahearn.

The funny thing is I genuinely believe if Martin went for Bertie he would be the next president.

Theres a cohort of people who grew up in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s in basically a Catholic theoracy, who give Bertie credit for the modernisation of Ireland, who may not have been affected by the crash too much, also plenty do give him credit for his work on GFA.

He could have gone for Bertie or ó Cuiv, shored up the FF base, O Cuiv could have taken a fair wack of the SF vote due to his work on the North. But no he decided to go for a Dublin based candidate and hoped dubs fans would all vote for him.

Or even better still, before this Martins poll numbers have been quite good, he seems like a decent enough fella and would probably have won himself, went out on a high for 7 years in the Aras, now he will be taking a trip to the Aras before Christmas to hand in his resignation to president Connolly

The man failed to declare 200k pounds. That’s like 400k after inflation in today’s money. He swindled the Irish population made us suffer greatly in the global recession to the point that the Irish are still suffering.
