Ho avuto un aborto spontaneo e andrò dal mio dottore, ma è una Kinderwunsch Klinik se rilasciano il certificato di malattia, il mio datore di lavoro vedrà che viene da loro? Ho chiamato TK e mi hanno detto che il datore di lavoro conosce solo il mio nome e che sono malato, ma ero malato a gennaio e sul biglietto c’era il nome del medico. Sto anche pensando di chiamare la TeleClinic per un raffreddore per evitare che il mio datore di lavoro veda queste informazioni su kindeswunsch. Qualcuno sa cosa fare? A gennaio ne ho ricevuto uno e sulla nota del datore di lavoro c’era scritto il nome del Dr.

You only tell your employer you are sick and the start date. They then pull the data from the central repository. They dont get any information. It wont include anything but the dates, if it is a 1st AU or the extension of one.
Any health data does not make it to them. So that paper should not be needed anymore.
