So we’re back to empty nuclear threats? Actually a good sign that they are getting weaker and weaker…

New nuclear weapons? Why, something wrong with the old ones? Someone replaced the plutonium with bricks and the guidance system with sand?

They can’t even maintain the old ones that they have.

If it’s the “nuclear” o’clock all over again, then maybe Ukraine will receive SOMETHING!?!?! Maybe not Tomahawks. I’m hoping for at least JASSMs, though.

P.S. Anyone believing this nuclear blackmail is uninformed, to say the least. They keep doing it because it keeps working.

As a reminder, ATACMs were delayed precisely because there were “fears of escalation” and Russia’s nuclear rhetoric was high. It resulted in Ukraine’s failed offensive in 2023 because it was prepared and executed with the shipments in mind (including ATACMs). This allowed Russia to use its helicopters as quick reaction forces and plug the gaps wherever Ukraine successfully formed local breakthroughs. AS SOON AS ATACMS arrived, Russian forward-positioned heliports were wrecked. But it was a few months late, in late August 2023. This is just one example.

Why wouldn’t Russia keep up the rattling?! It’s working.

And what will you do with it? Give it to your people for food?

    7. Says the same country thats just cancelled most of its aviation and navy spending because they are sliding into a financial meltdown

Given the US and UK and France are also all doing that, doesn’t seem surprising. Ultimately most of the designs in service are 50 years old these days.

The country using donkeys for logistics threatens nukes. Just fuck off already!

Because the old ones got cannibalized for parts or neglected so badly they cannot be used. Got it! Russia sure is scary like bunny slippers.

Nothing is as it seems in Russia, so take this with a pinch of salt!

    13. As good as an admission that they haven’t been able to maintain the ones they currently have and most aren’t fit to fire.

I’m developing a new nucular shit. Is it the same?

What I understand from his statement is that the ones they have are crap or no longer work.

Did he say this yesterday? Wouldn’t be right to miss “Nuclear Threat Thursday”.

Yet they cannot perperly even launch their ballistic rocket Satan, with which they threaten to strike Washington. The last time they tried to test it, it exploded in the shaft 🤭

Aren’t nuclear threats from the orcs only on Wednesdays?

    20. dr_tardyhands on

If they are having a hard time maintaining planes, trains and automobiles I have a hard time believing that they’re in a condition to develop novel nuclear weapons.
