So 16 years and 8 years actually in prison respectively. Which is not outside the norm for this, although I can imagine people seeing it as too low.
And also, they were sentenced on the 1st, so why has this not been reported for 9 days?
Young offenders institution at 19? Is that normal? I though 18+ was adult.
Used to be 6+ in victorian times and the punishment didn’t require more than 3 sundays in prison
