Ho sentito che ogni casa ha un controllo elettrico ogni qualche anno (30?), la casa che affitto sarà in vendita prima di quella data, e sto pensando di acquistarla, ma vedendo come appare questo pasticcio di una scatola elettrica, mi chiedo davvero se il tutto dovrà essere strappato da tutta la casa per essere adattato al codice per ottenerlo certificato. Quanto è grave e come sono le regole riguardo al cablaggio elettrico domestico?

Norms change especially since democratisation of solar panels and electric cars, my best advice is to have an electrician come, ask him for an estimate and ask your questions.

Should be yeah, never knew anyone that actually did get it.

Looks worse then it really is. Your usuall cullprints probably will be the lack of schematics, lack of grounding utility supplies (EQUIPOTENTIALE VERBINDINGEN) and maybe ‘spreidingsweerstand’.
The seller has to provide a certification of the inspection anyway. It will list the infringements of the current installation.
That electricity box looks just fine to me 🙂
