It’s in the constitution isn’t it? *The firm will of the Irish people*.

Last time I checked – everyone born in NI is an Irish citizen by right. Though the pro partionist FF & FG parties don’t seem to think that.

      So yes. Simple as that.

Connolly really should bring up in the last debate how Heather and her government voted NO to giving people in the north the vote.

No, because some portion of Northern Ireland simply don’t want to be represented by them. Mix bag of people.

if you were a Moderate Unionist looking at how HH is regarded down South I don’t think it would make you more likely to vote for a United Ireland.

Eamon O Cuiv and the like love Republicanism but don’t seem to care for persuading northern Prods that they will have parity of Esteem in a United Ireland.

That’s just rage bait. Does the president represent Irish living abroad (Australia, Canada, etc)? Yes. Does the president represent Irish citizens living in NI? Same, NI just as any other country.

Does the president NI? No. Just the Irish citizens living there.

Does the Irish president represent me (Spanish living 9+ years in IE)? No. Does the president represent Irish living in Spain? Yes.
