Wow, what a smooth operator! Now no one will think that he is Putin’s serf.
This was when Artsakh was still in blockade and Russian peacekeepers did nothing.
This happened after Armenia was invaded (twice) and Russia did nothing.
This happened after Russia illegally invaded Ukraine killing peaceful Christian population.
Just to remind anyone who doesn’t know, his brother runs the church in Russia, and it’s an open secret that the guy owns bunch of businesses there and helps other rich folk evade taxes.
