An interesting point to note about this case is that the forensic evidence relating to the innocent people British soldiers murdered that day to determine whether they’d been in contact with explosives seems to be readily available, but the ballistic evidence matching the murderer to the victim (as far as I can tell) doesn’t seem to exist.
But what would you expect from the system when British counsel brands soldiers of their own armed forces as ‘liars’

Prosecutions of British soldiers who served in Northern Ireland as far as I’m concerned are in violation of the Good Friday Agreement as they are a continuation of the conflict by engaging in lawfare to attack the British state
The war is over, no one has to like the outcome but the agreement is to live and let live. Now the IRA got their blanket amnesty for everything they did so our troops deserve theirs
