Childcare is 99% of the issue with regard to job position gaps. The pay gap of course does not exist comparing like for like.
Not the gender pay gap nonsense again which has been disproven time and time again.
There’s an earnings gap primarily driven by women more likely than man to be care givers/raising children.
The pay scales are all the same in Government and Public service jobs how is it possible that there is a gender pay gap?
The companies are expected to put the reports on their websites, so they will all be available. But it’s classic government IT project BS that they can’t take uploads from ~6,000 companies, parse and publish them. It’s not the single most groundbreaking project in IT database history, but I suspect some civil servants have over cooked the spec and mismanaged the project. Journalists will be FOI’ing the costs vs budget presently.
