What exactly do you want to know? It is a document for a polish person that moved to the Arnsberg Region on 26.11.1940 and was living in Volbringen when the document was created. Their job was locksmith / metalworker. Their religion catholic.
He apparently applied for citizenship but was rejected.
Mostly the left column part is the main area of focus if your able to read the cursive
