    Condivido per coloro che potrebbero essere interessati perché ho appena scoperto l’ultima novità Indice pensionistico globale del Mercer CFA Institute classifica i paesi in base a oltre 50 indicatori individuali, raggruppati in tre sottoindici:

    – Adeguatezza: quanto bene le persone vengono assistite in pensione

    – Sostenibilità: se il sistema può sopravvivere alle pressioni demografiche e fiscali

    – Integrità: governance, trasparenza e regolamentazione

    Ogni paese riceve un punteggio combinato su 100 in base a questi fattori.

    Nell’ultimo anno il nostro sistema pensionistico complessivo ha ottenuto 57,0 punti (grado C). Indice pensionistico globale Mercer con un leggero miglioramento rispetto allo scorso anno ma ancora molto al di sotto della media UE di ~64. Il rapporto evidenzia la bassa sostenibilità (45,9/D) come il principale punto debole, nonostante i discreti punteggi di adeguatezza e integrità.

    TLDR: il nostro sistema funziona per ora, ma, non a caso, è lungi dall’essere a prova di futuro senza riforme più profonde e maggiori risparmi.

    1. The people in power distracted us from serious issues so that they can continue to exploit the country at our costs, while we squabble between each other while declaring undying loyalty to po, pis or konfa, im surprised we aren’t lower.

      TLDR: we got the worst score among the European countries considered together with Italy, only Austria got a worse score

    3. People under 40 should assume to not receive a government pension once they’re retired, at least not one that’s remotely liveable. That’s true for most European countries. Our welfare states are headed for collapse, whether that’s in Poland, Germany or France. That’s why investing privately as soon as you have any money to spare is so important. It’s going to be the difference between outright poverty and at least maintaining a decent middle class standard of living.
