Poi è l’utente stesso a massaggiarmi, non so se è stato automatico oppure mi stanno truffando. Ragazzi, potete aiutarmi, per favore?
Vivo in Germania da 2 mesi ormai. Ho sentito persone truffate su questa app. Quindi ho un po’ di paura.

Yes this is a common scam, do not enter any personal details on the website linked in the message. It will just try to empty your bank account and steal your identity. Kleinanzeigen would never message you using the sellers account.
Kleinanzeigen macht viel zu wenig um die Nutzer zu schützen. Es wäre sehr einfach hier vom pattern der Nachricht zu erkennen, dass es Scam ist.
