Alright, so, to be clear, Scottish Nursing Guild is a real guild that works in Ireland.
Also, if you’re not aware, one of Kerry’s nicknames is ‘The Kingdom’. “The Kingdom County, Kerry” is a bit of weird phrasing, but it makes sense.
…Which is to say, it’s presumably just a “whoops, wrong image” issue, and nothing else. The Guild had separate ads for Galway and Kerry, and someone pressed the wrong button when putting up the ad. Something like that.

Scottish Nurses Guild pay WAY more than any other agency (so obviously they charge WAY more to their customers). My local HSE hospital have tried multiple times to stop using them, and you see them a lot less in recent months.
