Unpaid work by college tutors and school teachers isn’t even calculated. In my local college there’s no requirement for tutors to book holidays any more, because for the last few years it’s been impossible to claim what you’re entitled to because *there aren’t enough non-working days in the timetable to fit your holiday entitlement in*. You work until the work is done.
