Type in Youtube something like Juzni vetar mix, Juzni vetar is a publishing house that made many songs with this kind of vibe

    2. Yeah welcome to the rabbit hole, start a „južni vetar“ playlist. See you under the table.

Look for Južni Vetar. There were a few other singers with Sinan who were part of the ‘group’, and their songs should be similar.

Also, you might search for Muharem Serbezovski, Ljuba Aličić… Once you consume all this content, YouTube will know what else to feed you.

That song has a very distinctive intro that once someone from ex-yu hears it immediately stands up and throws their hands in the air.

If you want something similar try Indira Radic – Lopov

If you prefer your life, don’t Google Šemsa Suljaković.
There’s a saying “Pusti Šemsu pa d’ izginemo”

Sto su svi kulturni pa nece da spomenu Semsu jer znaju da stvara zavisnost. Try Semsa Suljakovic.

Don’t search for similar songs. Drink some rakija and they will find you naturally.

I would have never listened this music otherwise, but I have this one friend (I call him Roky, even though this isn’t his real name). Once or twice a year he comes for a visit with 5-6 botles of vine. We take ecstasy, shrooms, weed…anything really, and we smoke (I am not a smoker) nor do I take drugs otherwise. We make some slanci (salted sticks) and then we watch and listen serbian new years shows that were recorded during the 1992-1999. And I gotta tell you, its really something.

1994 being the best one personally.

It really hits differently when you play Sinan after Astral Projection

Anyway. Here is our small but delicate playlist that we created over the past 6-7 years.

He moved to Montenegro recently and I will miss our little endevours.

Pour a glass of Vinjak and go through Šemsa Šuljaković’s playlist. Rest in peace, my dear anonymous internet friend.

I envy you brother. Wish I were hearing all these songs for the first time again and discovering this world of southern winds. I suggest the biggest banger, Kemal Malovčić – Čiji svatovi noćas pevaju. Listen to this if you want to know what space Islam sounds like, want to see the gate of Osiris and open your chakras. But go slow, for you are starting one big and important journey.
