Why is this even a topic? Of course he’ll be allowed to fly there, and of course he’ll be granted immunity for the duration of the negotiations. Anything else would be nonsense. All these comments insinuating to shoot the plane down are absolutely insane.
Unless he is given a specific permission, every country who is a member of the International Penal Court should detain him, and that includes flying over those countries. That is why Netanyahu did that weird travel to get to the US, to avoid any country that would try to detain him. (We’re looking at you, Greece and Italy…)

Not on the way out, arresting someone going to “peace talks”, even when those talks are in bad faith, isn’t a great look. When he’s on his way back, after demanding Ukraine surrenders unconditionally, again, then maybe, if he doesn’t take a different route.
Nobody will shoot him down, but at the same time, I doubt they will take a way through Ukraine or Poland. Maybe through Romania? A unified “EU air space” is not really a thing to begin with.
