Ho ordinato un deumidificatore ma ho ricevuto invece due flaconi di capsule.
È possibile che si verifichi questo tipo di errore da parte di Amazon? Se no, chi ha fatto questo?
Pur comprendendo che riceverò un rimborso, questa situazione è inaccettabile.

I’ve heard some people buy thing then send boxes back for a return without the original item. Perhaps this was one of those that got lumped with a bunch of “returned, to resell” items that didn’t get properly checked.
In any case, it is a mistake and refund will be quick.
Causes for this can vary, but for you as the customer, they’re all on Amazon to remedy. Exception would be that courier agent accidentally placed the wrong parcel into your designated PackUp slot (this would be visible by different name on shipping label).
Now, that being said; “unacceptable”? Really? This whole post kind of reeks like a first-world problem that majority of people would not bother documenting unless it’s repeated.
Edit: now i see that the capsules are in the dehumidifier box. It’s likely some sort of low-key fraud. The pills value could even be over the dehumidifiers, so it’s a poor one 🙂
