So many words, so little substance.
Not even an acknowledgment of how miserable the modern job application process is with all job advert platforms being littered with ghost jobs, scams, data collection baits, one way AI interviews, rounds of interviews and assessments followed up by a no explanation decline, 10 years of experience for £28k salary.
To be honest i dont really know. I know most of the people on GBnews dont like it. Plus it seems employers dont like. I think they worried that the workforce might have to many employment rights.
