President Stubb where have you been in 1920?
If Stubb doesn’t go on to become one of the EU presidents or the secretary general of NATO, I am going to be very surprised.
Stubb also said Ukraine can be like Finland was in the winter war, losing land but the remaining country improving. I’m getting so tired of getting different narratives from the same politicians in the matter of weeks.
Or decide just means “decide” as in there will be no other choice, so Ukraine will “decide” to recognize Crimea as Russian?

You can talk all day long, but in the end of the day populist governments take power and already little stream of funding becomes even smaller.
Ukraine has more chances to collapse than survive
