Where have we heard Troy & mortgages before in the same sentence??
Also, there’s loads of cheaper rates even with a shite BER (unless it’s lifetime fixed which compares then with avants 30yr fixed)
3.85% a great rate for those who are financially illiterate. Since most banks offer in and around 3%
