Simple, the proximity of Albert Heijn and Jumbo makes colruyt decrease prices but in Wallonia you often have few supermarkets apart from delhaize, colruyt and intermarché. It is doubtful that these Dutch chains will enter the walloon market because they would have to change their product labels. Hence why Albert Heijn is not present in Brussels but just outside in Wemmel.
