Really wish they’d stop starting every article like this with “doctor who”

I’m confused by the information here.
The article indicates that the FTP process resulted in a warning and was concluded, but the note at the end of the article says “the case continues” so is it finished or not?

Feels like there is quite a lot of important contextual detail missing or vague. There’s some difference between randomly removing ovaries for kicks when you just happen to have a patient under anaesthetic and when already operating to remove a small cancer , finding it’s more widespread than expected so removing the whole overly instead without waking the patient to check.

Is that not a criminal act? Surely its some form of assault or mutilation.

20,000 doctors who can’t take up post-FY2 jobs because of quotas that were deliberately placed to sabotage the NHS and they keep people like this on?

Doctor Who needs some new writers. This is weird and a little creepy. And not in an good way.
