The boys’ parents ought to be hauled up before the beak too, in fairness. We can take it I think that these were not medically necessary procedures.
Surely there are *some* cultural practices we outlaw (and religious observance isn’t reason enough for exemption, imo)? Cannot read the Indo link, so maybe it states there that needless circumcision is illegal.
