Quindi ho acquistato questa fotocamera a settembre, dichiarando che il tempo di consegna previsto è compreso tra le 3.10 e le 24.10. Ma non c’è ancora alcun segno di spedizione (l’ultima data di spedizione prevista dovrebbe essere dopodomani). Ho chiesto a Galaxus un paio di volte.. mi dicono sempre che arriverà in tempo (prima del 24.10).. oggi dicono “non possiamo garantirvi nulla”. Mi sento in colpa perché ho aspettato per mesi questo leggero sconto.

Anyone had experience with them with same situation?
They had really big issues with the warehouse. Not sure if they solved it. I had several orders lately being late
they have been terrible lately time-wise – several deliveries were delayed. The most annoying part is that they can’t give any clear estimate, it just says “delivery as soon as possible”.
In the last weeks I have received multiple deliveries, without delays. But I already waited for several weeks for some items from Galaxus. Mostly stuffs not in stock, but only announced delivery windows. Had one case where this window was moved three times, 2 months total delay.
