Honestly shocked that this wasn’t already the case. This seems to just be a purely good descision.
And so they should, for sure events as the result of crime should be considered a proceed of crime.
And I do believe folks who misuse their equipment should lose the use of it, be that temporarily or if lessons aren’t learned ; permanently, to believe legislating such could form an effective deterrent

Completely shocked me to learn a few years back that if an adult woman rapes an underage boy and gets pregnant, that boy, by law, should still have to pay for that child.
From the [government press release](https://www.gov.uk/government/news/thousands-of-children-protected-from-abuse-under-victim-reforms) it’s pretty clear they’re forgetting women can be perpetrators.
It’ll be even more troubling if the amendment will specify rape because a woman conceiving a child by assaulting a man would be convicted of sexual assault rather than rape. A woman would therefore only have her parental responsibility limited if the father was a child.
Probably the first bit of good news since 10th September 2001
