China and India are net exporter. Even if Canada is able to export more to these 2 countries, they would also export more to Canada. So in the end, wouldn’t Canada still be worst off?
This was a good opportunity to stop new fossil fuel exploration for good, could even blame the US for it, unfortunately Mr Carney wants to go full throttle with fossil fuel drilling, this is going to set everything back
Say what you want about Trudeau but at least he had a pathway to deal with climate change
