      “Sergeant O’Brien requested for bail to be denied. Iafrate’s solicitor said that his partner, who was present in court and visibly upset, was a full-time carer for their daughter who has autism, and that she would not be able to cope on her own if he was not granted bail.

      The solicitor further said that Iafrate had complied with Garda enquiries. 

      She added that he is not currently working, but had been due to begin work today.”

      Are you kidding me? What business does this gowl have being out messing if his family is so fragile and he’s serious about seeking employment?

      Why are there no counter protests by anti-fascist action types down at this? You see videos of them chasing off random lads cosplaying as nazis and plenty of talk online, but nowt at this.

      I don’t get how these cases are brought so fast and actual rape cases take years to get before a judge. I presume it’s due to evidence gathering or something but it’s a bit ironic that the protesters and murderers justice is prioritized over victims.
