      Those 3 times i had to set foot in an Elisa store, I wasn’t exactly overwhelmed with attentive customer service, so probably not much lost

      They employ 4700 so its not 10% it is 8,5%. Huge diference.

      It sounds radical yes, but you have to ask yourself; how often do you even see the stores being crowded? People barely visit these stores anymore so you have to ask how many of them do you actually even need? Elisa isn’t a charity.
