My aunt makes a fermented honey, not like a dwójniak, but just straight honey in big carboys that is fermented with yeast. It takes 20 years to get to about 3%.
Not really drinkable, but you eat it with a spoon.

It’s 0 surprise, considering WE INVENTED this type of alcoholic beverage like 1000 years ago 😉
