It doesn’t look like it’s full time work either, just covering mat leave.
Why would someone move to those places, with limited accommodation available, at high prices, on basic pay, only to have to move again in a few months.

Because it’s not only about the pay, it’s about the conditions and culture. Can’t believe this even needs to be said, but it seems so absent from so many conversations I see about this online and on the news etc.

The pay, the culture, the work conditions, and the fact that it is a burning garbage heap that gets worse every year with no signs of change makes it an undesirable employer.
