All they have to do is fund the creation of a course. Duolingo doesn’t use volunteer made courses because they were lousy. So if Estonia wants to pay for it I’m sure DL is listening.
Estonia should just make English or even Russian its official language, nobody will bother learning a language that maybe 5 people speak
Duolingo is mostly useless but if they want to help tourists
They should be prioritising the inclusion of their language in a European language app, such as Memrise, rather than Gringo DL.
