My brother in law got drafted a few weeks back. Absolute nightmare. I can’t imagine what he will have to go through…
I wish Ukraine, the EU, and ourselves that we support the people there with our best psychologists. From children to soldiers, everyone. A country with collective PTSD can become a danger to everyone. And as a personal tip from experience: Everyone, absolutely everyone, can help. Be there, listen, and take part in the people’s story. That’s already a first step.
