The highest data Fertility Rate per woman recorded come from Mayotte(6.11), French Guiana(5.88),Reunion Island(3.59) and Guadeloupe(3.52).
For the UK, thanks to the ONS, the number is 1.40.
For Ukraine, due to the war and emigration, numbers cannot be recorded; the very last number was from 2021 and was heading toward 1.20.
For Belarus, it is 1.22.
As for Bosnia and Herzegovina, thanks to the World Bank, the number is 1.49.

This is per woman. The number of women differs around Europe. In some countries there are more men than women, and vice versa.
