Σύμφωνα με συνέντευξη της ίδιας, 2 χρόνια μετά τον βιασμό της δεν μπορεί να κυκλοφορεί μόνη της εκτός σπιτιού, έχασε μια ολόκληρη σχολική χρονιά γιατί δεν είχε καν τη δύναμη να πάει σχολείο και ξαναβιώνει μέχρι σήμερα τον βιασμό της.
Αυτά η Σουηδική νομοθεσία και δικαιοσύνη δεν τα θεωρούν αρκετά σοβαρά, ώστε να διατάξουν την απέλαση του βιαστή.
Πρώτα φυλακή και μετά απέλαση πρέπει
Σύμφωνα με το άρθρο, η λογική της απόφασης ήταν ότι το έγκλημα δεν ήταν αρκετά σοβαρό γιατί ήταν γρήγορο, ώστε να γίνει η απέλαση.
Από την άλλη είμαι αρκετά σίγουρος ότι αν ζητήσει άσυλο ένας άνθρωπος με την αιτία ότι στη χώρα του βιάζουν και το αποδείξει, έχει 10 φορές περισσότερες πιθανότητες να εγκριθεί το άσυλο. Που θα είχε εγκριθεί ούτως ή άλλως βέβαια.
Αν δν κάνω λάθος την υπόθεση δεν πρόκειται για βιασμό αλλά για σεξουαλική παρενόχληση και για αυτό ήταν η ποινή του ότι ήταν…

Ίσως θα έπρεπε οι δικαστές να βιαστούν για ‘πολύ λίγο ‘ για να εχουν και πιο εμπεριστατωμένη άποψη.

Έγινε με δάκτυλα, όχι με πέος. Δεν κράτησε πολύ. Δεν την απείλησε με μαχαίρι. Άρα η ποινή είναι μικρότερη (;)
Πρώτα απο όλα μιλάμε για βιασμό και δεύτερων ασέλγεια σε ΑΝΗΛΙΚΗ, οπότε έχουμε πολλά θεματάκια πέρα του βιασμού να λύσουμε. Μπορεί η διαφορά ηλικίας να μην είναι μεγάλη αλλά μικρή σημασία έχει, Τώρα θα μπεί φυλακή, θα τρώει θα πίνει για να εκτίσει λίγα χρόνια να βγεί και να είναι πολίτης της Σουηδίας με δικαιώματα κτλ κτλ. Μετά όταν τα παίρνουν οι Σουηδοί είναι φασίστες.
Κάτι μου θυμίζουν όλα αυτά και στο Ελλάδα αλλά εδώ έχουμε τους φίλους μας τους αριστερούς που τα ξεπλένουν όλα με ένα ” και οι Έλληνες τα κάνουν ” οπότε είμαστε καλυμένοι.
