Ciao a tutti, sto facendo del mio meglio per capire perché questo pagamento è così alto, ma è tutto molto criptico e non riesco a capire al 100% perché il pagamento è così alto: ho bisogno dell’aiuto di chiunque abbia esperienza con queste cose.
In breve, mi sono trasferito a metà dell’anno di fatturazione (~ 6 mesi di occupazione) e ho ricevuto un grosso costo aggiuntivo che mi sembra troppo alto. (900 EUR extra per un posto di 60 m2)
L’edificio è piuttosto vecchio (anni ’60) ma sento ancora che è troppo alto. Ho sbagliato e ho usato troppo riscaldamento o acqua? Cosa posso controllare/revisionare? Purtroppo non ho fotografato i miei contatori al momento del trasloco o alla fine dell’anno 🙁

how much do you pay warm rent ? because i own 70m2 in berlin and i got 1350 euro in one year 1000 was covered but i payed 350
The only thing I could think of for this being wrong, is them using the “old” readings from the last billing period, instead of when you moved in, but considering that they did everything else correctly with you not having rented all year, I kinda doubt that they just messed up there. Write them to check/explain, but I don’t think it’ll amount to much, usage etc. is plausible too.
In general: Yeah €900 extra pay sucks, but it is not unlikely to be correct. The fact that it “feels” way too high, unfortunately, has no barring on it being correct.
You pre-paid way too little for heating. Just around 100eur, while the actual usage was 10x that. No idea why but this should have been a lot more than the 14eur/month probably.
