Would you be in favour of the newer camera style mirrors that offer a better view?
Either on its own or as an addition to the physical one. Thanks for the insight by the way.
I’ve never held it against bus drivers driving off when I’m sprinting for the stop. They have a job to do and can’t be expected to wait for others.
It’s when I’m running for the stop when the bus is ahead of schedule that pisses me off majorly.
Quick question, once upon a time my man knew a bus driver and he let me sit in the cab with him, I noticed none of the pedals worked because I was pressing them furiously to go faster. Older double Decker bus in mid 90s. Got to “drive” it around Howth. What did those pedals do?
As for miserable drivers, what’s the deal with the guy with studded leather gloves.
I recognise that stop! How do you find that route? Seems busy enough.
Thank you, bus driver.
Fair play to you, nothing but respect for public transport workers, I know conditions for yourselves are far from perfect and it’s more a structural thing than anything.
Oh man, those mirrors always spook me cos I imagine them smacking someone’s head while turning a corner ☠️
2001 called, it wants it’s ticket machine back.
I was running for the bus the other evening and he did see me and stopped and waited!
