Ciao amici, ho trovato questa pietra con incisioni nel parco Gülhane, Istanbul. Qualcuno può tradurre?

It’s a cemetery stating name of the said person, and mentions him being the grandchild of Sarkis. I wonder if they have living descendants today, if the said person died before ww1 and even their grandfather’s name is mentioned, it’s certainly a relic.
