Great respect to France and its single minded approach to strategic independence. I wish the UK had an ounce of the same.
This program confuses me; France is part of ELSA right? Which is already supposed to develop a ~2,000km weapon. Germany and the UK are also meant to be collaborating on such a thing. Are these all separate programs, or different concepts for the same program that will eventually be jointly produced?
