Funerali di Yurii Lokotosh, un montanaro della città di Rakhiv nei Carpazi

Yurii was born and raised in Rakhiv. He graduated from Rakhiv Secondary School No. 2. During the full-scale invasion, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Defending his country with boundless courage and heroism, the soldier was killed on October 7, 2025, in the Zaporizhzhia region. The funeral service took place in Rakhiv.
The funeral procession went from his family home to the church on Lazivska Street. The Hero was buried with military honors to the sounds of a brass band.
It is hard to find words to comfort the parents, relatives, and friends who lost their dearest – a son, a brother, a friend…
We express our sincere condolences to the family, loved ones, and comrades-in-arms of the fallen defender.
