Oggi, mentre stavo preparando il riso, ho visto un pezzo di oggetto lucido appoggiato sopra la mia pentola. Dopo aver dato un’occhiata all’armadio ho capito che è GLASS WTH!!! Sono estremamente preoccupato perché sto usando questo pacchetto da molti giorni e ho il terrore di aver già ingerito frammenti di vetro.
Ho comprato questa borsa da Rewe alla fine di settembre. Cosa dovrei fare? Posso presentare un reclamo da qualche parte?

You should inform the manufacturer which is written on the bag.

Please inform Rewe, they might have to recall the entire batch. And you will most likely get your money back.

Don’t eat the rice, I wouldn’t trust that there won’t be small particles and shards of glass hidden within the rice still. Contact the manufacturer and tell them since there could be more bags with glass, you will most likely get your money back and you might even get free rice on top of this
