Non posso essere l’unico a pensare che sia assolutamente stupido che questo sia l’approccio nel trattare con i senzatetto? In che modo questo risolve il problema?

1. Someone who is unable to find a job, and receiving little to no benefits from the state (due to lack of ID)
2. is now in jail for 2 months at the cost of the tax payer
3. And now will have a criminal record, making it even harder for him to get a job (on the premise he gets an ID), thus potentially dooming him to a long life of being homeless.
The law is fucking stupid. Either help him back on to his feet to be a productive person in society or the person has to be deported to their home country.
