Ho appena ricevuto questo messaggio, ma non ho nessun conto e non ne ho nemmeno aperto uno. Il messaggio sembra legittimo poiché il numero e il sito Web sembrano autentici. Ho chiamato l’azienda e mi hanno confermato che si tratta di una truffa. È successo a qualcun altro?

This is most likely a phishing scam, where the scammer impersonates trusted sources. Scams like this seem to be becoming more frequent. Remember, if a bank needs you to update information they will call you to a branch, not via a link.
That link is clearly not legitimate.
Its funny, the number is legitimate but the link is definitely not
1000% a scam. Especially as you don’t even bank with them. Always assume anything you get from your bank is fake and call them. Never, ever, ever, click on a link in a text message.

Website is not genuine. The domain is not hsbc.com.mt
Number title can be anything they want to register and your device will just display it
