      Fell in love with Cabrales, if you haven’t tried it and love blue cheese I definitely recommend it

    2. Why is Old Amsterdam on this map. It is fake old. The Netherlands has much better cheeses.

      I was expecting trappista for Hungary… I keep forgetting that túró technically counts as cheese, heh.

      Once or so a year i get a crazy urge to eat branza de burduf and it’s glorious. I always forget how good it is, but after i eat it with absolutely everything for a couple of days i stop thinking about it for a year and the process starts again.

      I never had this with any other kind of foods, it’s so weird.

      Dubliner is a rather weird choice. It’s like putting Baby Bel down as one of the French cheeses – it’s just a variant mature industrial cheddar

    6. Ädelost isn’t a cheese. It’s just Swedish for blue cheese.

      I was under the impression that raejuusto is just the same as cottage cheese i don’t know how is that finnish. Also aura is just a locally very popular brand of blue cheese not it’s own thing.

      They forgot the Maroilles, put it on bread, dip it in coffee, and dont forget to close your nose
