**The Russian military has been talking about extrajudicial killings since the first year of the invasion of Ukraine.**
They shot them on the spot for refusing to storm or drinking in the trenches. By 2025, executions and torture in the army had become more sophisticated, and personal enmity between the military and commanders and refusal to pay bribes to their superiors increasingly lead to them.
The names and call signs of some characters in the text have been changed for security reasons.
«The kid from my platoon was simply beaten to death with his head to the floor. Because after the combat mission he drank vodka. That is, we sat on the front line for a month without communication, without food, we have almost all 200 or 300.
We drank water from puddles, fucking, slept in water and shit. And so we went out on vacation, all the grown men, well, drank a little, and they began to scold us, like some puppies. Well, the boy got stuck».
Then, as a military man with the call sign «Kurgan» tells «Vyorstke», the commanders «Kemer» and «Dudka» began to kick his colleague «and banged his head on the concrete slab». Then they threw him into a hole. «He was already dying there, something was leaking from his head, foam from his mouth, convulsions. „Shark“ then told him to shoot», — says «Kurgan».
«Shark» — this is 34-year-old resident of the Orenburg region Ilkhom Peter. He commands the attack aircraft of the 80th Tank Regiment of the 90th ‑Panzer Division of the group «Center». «Kemer» —this is 34-year-old Dmitry Kemerov, he commands the assault company «B». «Dudka» — this is 42-year-old deputy company commander Mikhail Dudukov.
Basically, the assault company consists of former prisoners and so-called «jammers», explains «Kurgan». He managed to retire from the army after being wounded, and therefore he is ready to talk about «Zeroers».
«Zeroing» — this is the term the Russian military uses to describe the murders of their own colleagues. Reprisals as punishment, to intimidate, or simply to settle personal scores.
«Zeros» commanders and military personnel who practice such executions. These are not only murders in the literal sense — executions or torture to death. But also deadly orders — sending to «meat assault» without weapons, support or equipment.
«Layout» collected data from hundreds «of zeroed». We talked with the military, their relations, and also studied an array of complaints about such crimes from the main military prosecutor’s office. All executioners — in ours card index.
Two other interlocutors «Vyorstki» from the same regiment are in the hospital and are also counting on dismissal. They hope that they will not be returned to the front. The front line soldiers are afraid to talk. Because for expressed dissatisfaction or complaints to relatives or to the military prosecutor’s office — they are reset to zero.
The military with whom «Vyorstka» spoke call not only direct murders zero. A popular way to get rid of an unwanted soldier is to send him on such an assault, where it’s almost impossible to survive, often without body armor and without weapons.
This type «zeroing» is common in many units of the Ministry of Defense. For example, in the 114‑th separate motorized rifle brigade (114th motorized rifle brigade) — a new formation of the Russian army, which traces its history back to the Donetsk separatist battalion «Vostok». With the beginning of a full-scale war, the brigade also took part in the battles for Avdeevka and the Avdeevka Coal and Chemical Plant. Now, judging by the Deep State portal, the brigade is located in the area of the settlements of Suvorovo and Nikanorovka, the capture of which the Ministry of Defense reported in August of this year.
One of the brigade commanders — Hero of Russia and Hero «DPR», Colonel Igor Istratiy with the call sign «Said». The known commander is described by the military as personally ordering executions and encouraging torture. It is easiest for «Said» to get rid of those who have fallen out of favor in attacks. Yuri, who served in the 114‑th brigade, tells how they were sent on assaults without weapons or equipment, and «Said» said that the soldiers must «get everything they need in battle» themselves. «So that you understand, with four mags of 30 rounds each, we went against two or three platoons, — recalls the interlocutor of «Verstki». — And they met us with tanks, „hail“, „bumblebees“
, R.P.G. Here is the first fight in the winter of 2023, when we were just entering Krasnogorovka, there were 47 of us. Of these, five descended into the village itself. Three minutes of battle».
«You know, there, where this is happening… There you never know from whom you will get a bullet: from your own people or from Ukraine, — says serviceman Dmitry from the same brigade.

It would never happen in Ukrainian army!

Oh no. Anyway…

You can not expect anything else when you’ve been recruiting all kinds of criminals into the army for years: murderers, rapists, thieves, and every convict in the country knows that no matter how serious the crime, all you have to do is express a desire to go to war to avoid punishment and return to society, if you survive. But good job, Verstka, for sharing this info. I’d like to think that all these criminals will be held accountable for their actions, just like other war criminals (especially since many of the names mentioned by Verstka are also responsible for crimes in Bucha/Gostomel/Kherson), but in the current situation, I don’t really believe that will happen. There is no such thing as karma, and even if Putin’s regime magically falls, most of them will simply hide in the post-war chaos.

Fun strategy: Drop thousands in tiny baggies with nastier recreational drugs around the Russian lines, so like meth, [krokodil](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Desomorphine#Adverse_effects), and [angel dust](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phencyclidine#Addiction).
It’ll provide the [new more middle class recruits ](https://www.themoscowtimes.com/2025/10/28/russia-moves-to-year-round-military-draft-amid-wartime-manpower-needs-a90962)every opertunity to integrate wit hthe existing troops.
Not even gonna spare an ounce of pity, it’s entirely self-inflicted
I just keep on wondering about the sheep-like demeanor of the russian “soldier”.
I’d be storming the commanders position with my 20 pals and hanging him from his balls.
Save Russia from puti ? Why isn’t there a internalised revolution? Why!?
I read it all, it’s like what Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote.
The Russian people learnt fucking nothing in a century.
