The court being able to deny something without actually giving the reasons straight away seems silly
Their cut was too small
Do we even live in a democracy at this point? This is straight up tecnocratic s*it.
Not gonna happen
I preferred the tunnel version personally.
Are they still using the old Dutch ferries?
Why would the court have nay say about it.
I suppose it does not help, that it was proposed earlier this year that it was paid for by the EU as a NATO/defense project.
